These terms apply to AI Publishing. By creating an account or using the connected service, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult with capacity to enter this agreement. Keep your sign-in credentials private and provide an email you control.

The free service

The MVP stores up to three active publication projects for thirty days each from creation, with up to 100 MiB per project, 20 MiB per file and 100 draft revisions. We may approve individual quota or retention extensions manually. There is no checkout, paid subscription, printing or distribution service.

ChatGPT provides creative capabilities under its own terms and limits. AI Publishing does not guarantee AI generation, factual accuracy, particular export formats or availability of third-party tools. The public ChatGPT plugin becomes available only after its separate publication process.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in material you supply, to the extent those rights exist. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit and delete it in order to operate this service for you. We do not claim ownership of your publications.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded material. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe rights, impersonate others, falsely imply endorsement or misuse the service for malware, unauthorized access or excessive automated traffic. Review AI-generated text, citations, images and exports before use.

Saving, expiry and deletion

Only explicitly saved drafts and files are stored. Check a successful save receipt. Draft history and material files are separate; restoring a draft does not recover a permanently deleted file. Download backups before expiry. Expired or deleted projects cannot be restored through the service.

Availability and changes

This free MVP may change or experience interruptions. We may restrict abusive use and make necessary security or operational changes. We will describe material changes in updated terms and provide notice through the service where appropriate. Stop using the service and export or delete your data if you do not agree to revised terms.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

We do not promise uninterrupted service or that generated content is fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. You remain responsible for checking and backing up your work.

Ending use, questions and disputes

You may leave at any time by downloading your data and deleting your account. Contact info@dathent.com for questions or complaints. Czech law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under their applicable law. No term limits your right to seek remedies from a competent authority or court.
